Lifelong Up cycler and Textile Artist, Emily Gartner, will be visiting us to teach us some easy sewing tricks using a pair of your very own jeans and a t-shirt. Her favorite hashtag is #shopyourcloset.

We’ll be creating a denim farmer’s market tote with a scrappy heart patch on the front. No pattern or fabric needed. We will have some jeans and shirts available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Also bring your own sewing machine….but if you need a sewing machine provided please let us know so we can also make those available. This is a beginner’s workshop for ages 16+
